Over the years the concept behind JB Rivers has evolved through listening closely to their customers and giving them exactly what they want and it is this need to try and offer something for everyone that has kept these customers coming back year after year. Since opening its doors in 1994 JB Rivers has become one of Joburg's most established eateries. JB Rivers began its life as a Cajun / Mexican style restaurant - the evidence of which can still be seen in the spattering of exotic dishes throughout the menu - but has since modernised not only its look but menu as well to include the now popular sushi as well as other favourites.
